Our Customer Care Team is responsible for implementing the pharmacy services, maintaining emergency supply, completing monthly audits, training facility staff and providing ongoing facility support during their regular onsite visits.

We have extensive experience in implementation, training and change management, from transitioning one facility to large corporate groups with multiple sites and will ensure the process is seamless and tailored for your facility, systems and processes.

Our customer care team are there to support you, your residents and their families by building strong relationships. Our pharmacist’s will come to you to conduct regular on-site visits and to meet with residents and their families at a scheduled times to discuss and tailor our pharmacy services.

Our Clinical Pharmacy service represents a comprehensive and integrated Residential Medication Management Review (RMMR) service to ensure that residents of aged care facilities derive maximum benefit from their medication regimes. Your facility will be paired with a clinical pharmacist, who will build collaborative partnerships with your staff, your GPs and your dedicated pharmacist. Your facility will be supported through ongoing Quality Use of Medicines (QUM) initiatives; some regular QUM activities we facilitate include tailored education sessions for facility staff, patient and case conferencing, regular drug and information bulletins, tailored medication audits, drug use evaluation and educational resources.
